In The South Bay EAA Chapter 96 has building spaces available in it's fully equipped 100' X 80' hangar. We have small spaces roughly 20'x20' for $267/mo. Large spaces roughly 27'x20' are $355. There is a full set of shop tools including a vertical mill, band saw, drill press, arc and acetylene welders, brake, shear and much more.
